Big things are happening in the kitchen at Hotel Bondi.
We’re excited to welcome Chef Piumal Nonis as our new Head Chef, bringing 17 years of global cooking experience, serious competition medals, and a whole lot of flavour to Bondi.
Chef Piumal has worked across international cuisines and even alongside Aussie celebrity chef Luke Mangan, picking up skills from fine dining kitchens to large-scale hospitality venues. He’s a Gold Medal winner in international culinary competitions and is known for precision, creativity, and bold flavours.
