All events held at Space Nightclub are organised, managed, marketed, and financially operated by independent third-party promoters unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Space Nightclub. The venue does not create, control, or approve external event advertising or promotional materials. Even if Space Nightclub shares event artwork, images, or promotions on its website, social media, or other channels, this is for informational purposes only — all event promotion remains the sole responsibility of the promoter.
Space Nightclub accepts no responsibility or liability for:
Event advertising or marketing content
Artist or celebrity appearance claims
“Official after party” or “artist after party” references
Ticket pricing, VIP packages, or premium charges
Event descriptions, inclusions, or representations
Changes to lineup, programming, or event format
Refunds, cancellations, or ticketing disputes
All enquiries, complaints, disputes, or refund requests must be directed to the event promoter or the ticketing provider through which the ticket was purchased.
By purchasing a ticket to any event held at Space Nightclub, you acknowledge and agree that:
Space Nightclub is the venue only.
The promoter is solely responsible for all aspects of the event and its promotion.
Space Nightclub bears no liability for promotional claims, artist attendance, ticket pricing, or event representations made by third-party promoters.
Space Nightclub reserves the right to host events but does not assume responsibility for the commercial conduct, advertising practices, or representations of independent promoters.
